"Germany's Top Model": Lea and Jermaine emerge victorious

During the 19th season of the casting show, Heidi Klum selects both a male and a female "Topmodel" winner. The winner from Düsseldorf is a female model, while the top-ranked male model hails from Kassel.

Visual broadcasting - "Germany's Top Model": Lea and Jermaine emerge victorious

From Duesseldorf, 24-year-old Lea and 20-year-old Jermaine, who is from Kassel, Hesse, claimed victory in the 19th season of the popular modeling show "Germany's Next Topmodel." They captivated Show-CEO Heidi Klum (51) with their catwalk performances and during a photoshoot in the finale on Thursday night.

The duo beat out five other finalists in Cologne who also made it to the final show. Xenia (24) from Hof in Bavaria came in at a close second place, while Fabienne (21) from Solingen (NRW) finished third place for the ladies. The men's runner-up spot went to Linus (25) from Berlin. The twin brothers Julian and Luka (24), from Frankfurt am Main, competed in tandem and placed third overall.

Klum made history by selecting both a female and male winner as "Topmodel" for the first time ever in the show's history, a production by ProSieben. The two winners will be featured on the cover of "German Harper's Bazaar" and each will receive a €100,000 prize.

In the next year, a celebration season is set to take place, as it will be the 20th time Klum searches for Germany's most talented upcoming models.
