Competing against five others in Cologne who also made it to the final, Lea and Jermaine emerged triumphant. Among the female contestants, Xenia, a 24-year-old woman from Hof in Bavaria, bagged the second spot, and Fabienne, a 21-year-old woman from Solingen (NRW), was named third. Linus, a 25-year-old male from Berlin, took the second place in the male competition. Julian and Luka, 24-year-old twins from Frankfurt am Main, finished the competition at the third spot as a team.
This is the first time in the show's history that Heidi Klum, Show-CEO at 51 years, has chosen a female and a male as "Topmodels." They will adorn the cover of the German "Harper's Bazaar" magazine and receive a prize money of €100,000 each.
