Early reports suggest that a man placed items on his car's roof close to the entrance of Delitzsch around Friday night. Upon starting his vehicle, these objects fell off. He quickly turned on his hazard lights and exited to retrieve them. Unfortunately, at this time, a 53-year-old from the other direction crashed into him.
